Once our technical department has reviewed your specifications, VVR International sources suppliers and prepares an invitation to tender. Our sourcing team searches for, locates and screens suppliers according to their experience and their expertise in the manufacturing process related to your business. Our purchasing specialists then launch a detailed invitation to tender and determine the best quality/price ratio.
Our technical department carries out an on-site industrial audit of the selected suppliers. We inspect each supplier’s manufacturing process, its capability, and their quality and traceability management procedures. We negotiate your purchasing conditions and draw up a pre-production validation plan. In collaboration with the France project manager, you choose the best partner for launching the pre-production run.
In partnership with your engineering and design department, we carefully apply the inspection plan to the in-plant pre-production run, while training your suppliers in production conditions. Following pre-production validation, we finalize the quality control procedure together.
We assist you in drawing up a contract that is appropriate for your products. The contract is necessary for stabilizing the quality and price of your purchases, but also for ensuring a long-term relationship with your supplier. VVR International delivers all the information regarding project development to you in one, comprehensive document.
Our China team checks the quality of your manufactured products in accordance with the previously developed quality procedure. We carry out one quality inspection for each batch, on the production site. The inspections are carried out by VVR International’s own quality inspectors, specialised in your specific product domain.
For each order, the VVR sourcing team monitors operations as far as your warehouse. We assist you in all of the following phases: order validation, production monitoring, production validation, product storage (in France or China), ship booking and transport to your warehouse. All operations are summarized in outline documents that are accessible online.
