VVR International's cross-disciplinary team, in conjunction with its partners (lawyer, accounting expert), coordinates the process of acquiring a Chinese company, within the framework of a 7-stage acquisition plan.
Having set out the selection criteria together, we search for and screen target companies with the help of our four representative offices in China and our 15 provincial branch offices.

Our technical team performs on-site validation of the collected information, whilst the financial team carries out a review of the target companies, investigating their shareholder history, existing patents or trademarks, their main clients, bank certification, profit and loss statement and statement of financial position, as well as the company’s overall financial history (indebtedness, working capital requirement, etc.).
Over the course of an operational assignment in China, we assist our client in reviewing the equipment-related know-how and certifications of each target company. We question the Chinese managers regarding their expectations and validate the convergence of company strategies. Together, we then draw up a schedule, operational negotiation targets and evaluation methods.
On the basis of the defined objectives, we negotiate the acquisition model and conditions with the selected Chinese company. Once the model has been defined, our legal partner drafts a shareholder agreement between our client and the Chinese company.
Our lawyer and chartered accountant partners perform the financial and legal audits of the target company. We assist you in finalizing a three- or five-year company business plan.
